Best Wood Hand Cultivator
Looked and felt great, but broke right away. ~ reviewed by Emily Moothart
This looked and felt like a great tool, right until it broke on the second day of use. The wooden handle pulled right off. Maybe I just got a defective one? I was surprised, since all the reviews were so great.
hand cultivator ~ reviewed by Megan R.
It makes weeding very easy. It is well made and will last a long time. It makes it easy to loosen compacted dirt.
great quality cultivator ~ reviewed by energylightlove
I love this cultivator. Hasn’t broke or rusted on me yet. Great quality product. Lightweight wooden handle, but tough enough to withstand me tossing it aside while switching tools when gardening. The prongs are sharp enough to really cut through some veiny roots (such as in my azaleas) I love this True Temper line of tools. I got the transplanter and hand trowel as well and love them all!
Works Well ~ reviewed by Jennifer
This cultivator seems to be fairly well made, and has held up to my gardening work so far. It has been great for pulling up clumps of grass, small stones, and general weeds. I recommend it, along with the other companion tools also made by True Temper.
Seems well-made ~ reviewed by MabelLucy
This is shorter than I thought when I ordered but is very sturdy.
I sure the said how long it was but I didn’t think to compare to others.
Good Value ~ reviewed by Nathaniel
Handles small jobs as you’d expect. Used it 4 times, rigorously, and the handle is still tight and still intact.
Best Cultivator/Garden Claw ~ reviewed by FlowerGirl
I had a garden claw like this, but lost it. I immediately started looking for one like I lost. This is it, if you want the Best!
Best For the Outdoor Gardener ~ reviewed by Geekman Says
Seems durable, but a little large for a potted floor plant.

I use this hand cultivator every day. I am the only man at a company of 50 employees that can as my supervisor says can “fuss and fluff”/ maintenance. I buy about 10 a year because it is the best “scratcher” I have used and the other crews at my company prefer the ones I buy. I only need more because they are easy to lose in compost pile. Only had problems with 2 of my 30 because I use to rip out big ornamental grasses
Very durable ~ reviewed by SeniorwithMS
Do not judge this hand cultivator by the picture. I was shopping for a strong tool, and this is it. I have put close to 100 hours on this in rocky, clay soil and it’s still like new. No sign of bending or weakening. I garden several hours a day and owned many hand cultivators before this one. This is now my “go to” tool. You won’t be disappointed in this one. I give it “two green thumbs up”.
