The Regular 3-Tine Bent Handle Hay Fork has a bent pattern and sharpened, oval tines made of tempered steel for years of service. The tines are 12 inches long and 7-1/2 inches wide with 3-3/4 inch spacing. The handle is 48 inches long, crafted from tough northern ash for maximum strength and durability. The handle is attached with a long chrome steel ferrule for long-time dependability. Part of a long line of quality Ames tools, this hay fork is rugged enough to work hard on the job.
This is just what I was looking for. ~ reviewed by Mary H. Hamm
This three prong Ames hay fork is just what I have been looking for. Three prong hay forks are so hard to find. All the others have four or more prongs.
This fork is made so well the balance is GREAT! Thank you so much.

You just can’t get these three tine forks locally, and I needed one for the sheaf toss event in Highland Games. My only concern was with its heft, but that was no problem! It’s very stout, very strong, and should provide me with years of service! Anyone looking for a fork for use in Highland Games will appreciate this one!

I bought this for an unusual reason. A dog that needs to be let out after dark and a large howling pack of coyotes in the neighborhood. No need to use it yet, thank goodness, but I’m sure it would do the job.

Not the fork in the picture shipped. Still a good fork overall, just update the pic. Shipped a black coated fork and had to sand it off the prongs

Not the brand that I ordered. ~ reviewed by HMH
I ordered the AMES brand 3-tine pitch fork that was sold by TOBY’S Toolshed but instead received a TRU-TEMPER 3-tine pitchfork from RON’S Hardware. The item is satisfactory, so I won’t return, BUT IT IS NOT THE ONE THAT I ORDERED FROM AMAZON. Buyer Beware!
